Abstract Deadlines

The presenting author of an accepted abstract should register and complete the full payment before May 30th, 2024, in order to be included in the final Programme.

If you have already registered but want to access your personal area to send a communication or make changes, you can do so here.

Presentation Types

  • Oral presentations: You will have 15 minutes for oral presentations and 5 minutes for Flash presentations.

  • Poster presentations: If selected for a poster presentation, you will present your work in a dedicated poster session during the Congress.

Abstract Submission

The language of the conference is English.

The abstract of the communication must have a maximum of 700 words written in Arial type (10 point).

No limit of authors, but just one speaker.

In the body of the abstract, you can include figures, diagrams and tables. All these options can be found at the top of the box. You can also attach links and images in .jpg and .png format.

Once you have completed the abstract form, you can either save it as a draft or submit it for evaluation.

If you save it as a draft you will be able to retrieve and edit it at any time within your profile. Remember to change the status of your abstract so that it can be evaluated.
